These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between the purchaser, student, viewer, or user (“User”, “You”) and Teachurs, a digital educational service owned and managed by Ashish Dhingra (“Provider”, “We”, “Us”, “Teachurs”). These Terms govern the purchase, access, and usage of the Generative Engine Optimization Mastery Course (“Course”), including its live sessions, recorded content, and all associated digital materials, documents, presentations, updates, and related services.

By purchasing the Course, visiting our website, accessing any course material, attending live sessions, or engaging with Teachurs in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms without modification or objection. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not purchase or use the Course.

1. COURSE ACCESS AND DELIVERY

1.1 The Course consists of both live training sessions and recorded modules. After successful payment, access details will be provided within 24 hours.

1.2 Users receive lifetime access to the recorded course content, meaning you may revisit the recorded modules indefinitely for personal learning, as long as the platform remains operational.

1.3 Live sessions, if offered, are scheduled separately and may be subject to change, rescheduling, or cancellation at Teachurs’ discretion.

1.4 Teachurs reserves the right to modify, update, restructure, replace, or improve any part of the Course at any time.

1.5 Course videos are not downloadable under any circumstance. Only specific files (such as selected PDFs or presentations) may be downloadable if explicitly permitted.

2. LICENSE AND PERMITTED USE

2.1 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Course solely for your personal education and professional development.

2.2 You are strictly prohibited from:

  • Sharing your login credentials

  • Allowing third parties to access the Course via your account

  • Reselling, redistributing, sublicensing, or commercially exploiting any Course content

  • Recording, copying, reproducing, or extracting Course material

  • Creating derivative courses, programs, coaching, or training using Teachurs content

  • Publishing or broadcasting any part of the Course

2.3 Violation may result in immediate termination of access without refund and potential legal action.

3. PAYMENT TERMS

3.1 The Course fee is ₹4,900 only, with no additional taxes, GST, or hidden charges.

3.2 Full payment must be made before access is granted.

3.3 Payments are processed through authorized payment gateways only.

3.4 Any chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal will result in immediate termination of access without refund.

4. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

4.1 All sales are final. There are no refunds, cancellations, or reversals under any circumstances.

4.2 This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal dissatisfaction

  • Inability to attend live sessions

  • Failure to apply the teachings

  • Perceived lack of results

  • Technical or internet issues on the user’s side

5. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

5.1 The Course is educational in nature only.

5.2 Teachurs does not guarantee:

  • Any income, profit, or financial gain

  • Job placement or career advancement

  • Client acquisition

  • Business success

  • Specific outcomes or results

5.3 Results vary based on individual effort, skills, experience, and application. The User accepts full responsibility for their outcomes.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content remains the exclusive intellectual property of Teachurs and Ashish Dhingra. Unauthorized use, recording, reproduction, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

7. STUDENT CONDUCT

Users agree to act respectfully, ethically, and lawfully and not to misuse the platform or misrepresent affiliation with Teachurs.

8. TECHNOLOGY REQUIREMENTS

Users are responsible for maintaining suitable devices and internet connectivity.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Teachurs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Course.

10. SUSPENSION & TERMINATION

Teachurs may suspend or terminate access without refund for violations, misconduct, fraud, or payment disputes.

11. MODIFICATION OF TERMS

Teachurs may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
